We deliver eligible orders within 40 km of our Mortdale dispatch location.
Delivery eligibility and the final charge are confirmed at checkout from the delivery address and order value. Orders outside the delivery area are not accepted through standard checkout; contact us for a manual delivery quote.
We aim to dispatch stocked goods promptly. Delivery timing can vary with order volume, route scheduling, access, public holidays and events outside our reasonable control. We will contact you if a material delay affects your order.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate and accessible delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, failed access or an unattended commercial premises may be charged before redelivery.
Risk in the goods passes on delivery or collection, subject to rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Free pickup is available from Unit 32/62 Blackshaw Avenue, Mortdale NSW 2223. We usually prepare stocked orders within 24 hours. Wait for the ready-for-pickup notification before travelling. Pickup times are confirmed with that notification.
