Partner Pricing is a monthly recurring order. The products, quantities, monthly price, delivery charge and billing frequency are shown before checkout.
Customers can manage their subscription through their Shopify customer account, including changing eligible quantities, skipping, pausing or cancelling. A change must be completed before the next scheduled billing date to prevent that renewal from being processed.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel, refund or recall an order that has already been billed or entered fulfilment. Contact us promptly if help is needed with a recently processed renewal.
Subscription pricing applies only while the subscription remains active. One-off orders and future orders placed after cancellation use the prices available at that time.
We may change future subscription prices, eligible products or delivery terms by giving reasonable notice where required. Customers may cancel before the changed terms take effect.
Nothing in this policy limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
